The Project

Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, this contemporary residence stands as one of Composit’s most comprehensive projects—a holistic undertaking that encompassed every area of ​​the home, from the kitchen and laundry room to bathrooms, closets, the bar area, and bedroom wall paneling.

The kitchen, designed using the Lounge collection, centers around a spacious island made of white veined quartz—the beating heart of the living area. Custom-stained oak veneer adds natural warmth to the base units and tall storage units, while a large professional cooktop and an integrated retractable hood highlight a focus on functionality without compromising elegance.

Display cabinets from the Blend collection—featuring titanium frames and V3 bronze glass—enhance the full-height wall, creating a sophisticated textural contrast with the light wood. Meanwhile, a large marble-effect porcelain gres backsplash complements the countertop, amplifying the brightness and visual flow into the living area.

This same stylistic language extends to the bar area—connected to the kitchen by a custom interior door—and the laundry room, where laminate finishes ensure practicality and color harmony with the rest of the home. The project concludes in the sleeping quarters, where Composit has attended to every detail: the master bathroom features a refined fluted oak finish (custom-stained), while the master closet combines “Primofiore” hemp-colored interiors with elegant display cabinets featuring Argo metalgrey frames and clear glass.

This cohesive project demonstrates Composit’s ability to manage complex, multifaceted designs, ensuring aesthetic consistency and superior craftsmanship throughout every room of the home.
